Terms of Service
Last updated 24 August 2026
Freeliq is a time-tracking and approval tool that surfaces financial insight — it is not your accounting system. These terms summarise how it works in plain language.
1 Who you are contracting with
Freeliq is provided by Freeliq B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42145158, VAT identification number NL869917286B01. Where “we” or “us” appears below, that is Freeliq B.V.; “you” is you as a user of the service.
2 What Freeliq does
Freeliq lets you track hours, have clients approve them, and generate invoices from approved time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the hours you log and the invoices you issue, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3 Your bookkeeping stays in charge
Connected bookkeeping integrations remain the source of truth for all financial records. Freeliq surfaces totals and pushes invoice lines, but does not replace your accounting software.
4 Plans & billing
Start free; upgrade when you need more.
- The free plan costs nothing; the paid plan (Solo) is billed via Stripe.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time — access continues until the period ends.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable.
5 Rights — to Freeliq, and to your own data
The software, design and copy of Freeliq are owned by Freeliq B.V. Your account gives you a licence to use it, not a transfer: personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and lasting as long as your subscription does. Freeliq is a word mark of Freeliq B.V. (Benelux filing 1544079).
Conversely, everything you enter stays yours — your hours, engagements, clients, invoices and quotes. We do not become the owner of it; we store and process it to run the service. You can export your hours to Excel and your invoices to PDF or UBL at any time, including on cancellation.
What is not allowed: reselling, copying, decompiling or rebranding Freeliq, and using the mark or logo in a way that suggests we are behind your service.
6 Availability & liability
We work hard to keep Freeliq available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Dutch law, which governs these terms.
This is a plain-language summary. The full, binding terms are available on request.
